Job Description:

Grab Philippines is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and assistance to clients
- Resolving client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
- Meeting and exceeding client service goals and objectives
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Strong presentation and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
