Client Service Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

AllCare is seeking a reliable and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
