Job Description:
Smart Communications is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, adaptable, and possess emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
- Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
