Job Description:
Avion School is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide support to the sales and marketing teams as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Resourceful and independent with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
