**Job Description:**
Smart Communications is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cebu. We are looking for an individual who can effectively contribute to providing exceptional customer service and support our clients in navigating their needs. As a Client Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and representing Smart Communications in all interactions.
### Key Responsibilities:
1. **Client Support and Communication:**
- Provide prompt and effective support to clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone calls.
- Actively listen to client inquiries and concerns, demonstrating understanding and empathy while providing accurate information and solutions.
2. **Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and proactively addressing any issues that arise.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about new services, features, and updates.
3. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Assist in the management of client accounts, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate within the database.
- Prepare and send reports related to client interactions, feedback, and account status.
4. **Problem-Solving:**
- Utilize creativity and resourcefulness to troubleshoot client issues, developing effective solutions that align with client expectations and company policy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery.
5. **Planning and Coordination:**
- Assist in organizing client meetings, events, and follow-ups, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Contribute to developing client service strategies that improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates.
6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Gather client feedback and insights to support product and service improvements.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics, share best practices, and identify areas for improvement.
### Requirements:
- **Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer service or client support.

- **Soft Skills:**
