As a Client Service Assistant at First Circle, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will support our client service team by providing stellar service, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring clients' needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Communication:** Serve as a frontline representative to engage with clients through various channels (phone, email, chat), addressing inquiries and managing feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- **Administrative Support:** Assist with managing client records, updating databases, and maintaining documentation to ensure all information is accurate and accessible.
- **Presentation Preparation:** Help create informative presentations and materials for client meetings that clearly convey our services and solutions.
- **Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, exhibiting empathy and understanding in all interactions to foster a positive experience.
- **Problem Solving:** Identify client pain points and facilitate appropriate solutions by collaborating closely with internal teams.
- **Support Sales Initiatives:** Assist in the negotiation processes and presentation delivery in collaboration with the sales team to help secure new business and cultivate existing relationships.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather insights from clients to inform service improvements and communicate this feedback effectively to the team.
- **Continual Learning:** Stay informed about First Circle's products, services, and industry trends to ensure you provide the most relevant information to clients.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- **Experience:** No prior experience is necessary; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are crucial.
- **Personality Traits:**

- **Passionate:** Genuine interest in helping others, contributing positively to team dynamics and client relationships.
- **Soft Skills:**
