We have an exciting opportunity for a Screening Lead in a Manila based role. You will be joining the Client Lifecycle Management OCDD team, which performs client screening checks to fulfil AML regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions. We are seeking an applicant who is enthusiastic, flexible, and able to demonstrate initiative in a challenging and varied role.
Responsibilities include : Leading a team of 5+ people across 2 jurisdictions, who review alerts generated when counterparty names are screened against watch lists. Undertaking screening of alerts as required, dependent upon team capacity. Preparing management information reports, which detail capacity & work progress. Identifying opportunities for tuning to continually enhance the output of the system. Working closely with the technology support team to ensure optimum system performance. Liaising with colleagues in the Financial Crime team to ensure that processes and procedures are effective in the mitigation of financial crime risks. High potential for cross-training to other AML activities performed in the broader team We would like to hear from you if you have: An interest in KYC onboarding/refresh process and AML regulations Research and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize complex findings. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Attention to detail and organization skills. Experience working within a financial institution performing critical control functions.
