Client Retention Specialist (Front End) – Urgent Hiring

Location: Makati Office

Salary Range: ?16,000 – ?18,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience (HMO experience is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication
Phone Calls: Address client concerns related to provider accreditation, doctor availability, reimbursement updates, LOA issuance, and availment assistance.

Coordinate with the Front-End Team to ensure seamless client service.
Escalate complex concerns to higher-level support if required.

Email Management: Manage and respond to client emails in the centralized repository.

2. Contract Management and Coordination
Collaborate with the Front-End Team for obtaining signed contracts and renewal lists for renewed accounts.
Generate Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) documents, coordinate signing processes, and address contract modifications in consultation with legal teams.

3. Compliance Monitoring
Ensure compliance with AMLA (Anti-Money Laundering Act) requirements.
Track and follow up on necessary documentation.

4. Reimbursement Monitoring
Manage soft copy reimbursements and follow up with clients as required.

5. Smartsheet Monitoring
Regularly update and maintain records in Smartsheet for seamless tracking of activities and processes.
