Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
? Experience in client retention, customer service, or administrative roles.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
? Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
