**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a
**Sales Manager** that will supervise our growing team of Client
- Relation Officers (CROs).
The Sales Manager will hire, train and mentor the CROs to
- successfully provide a great buying experience for clients and to ultimately meet and
- exceed sales targets.
We are looking for an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with
- people, and is optimistic and outgoing.
He/she is an excellent leader within the
- organization, able to build a cohesive sales team, and have a strong sense of urgency.
**You are good at**:

- Manage a sales team of Client Relations Officers (CROs) and provide leadership, training and coaching
- Guide the CROs accordingly in virtual and site visits (trippings)
- Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Set individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Work with Project Acquisition and Performance Marketing teams to identify the right projects to sell
- Work with upper management to track, collate and interpret sales figures and
- reporting
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform
- properly
- Control expenses and monitor budgets

**Qualifications**:

- At least two (2) years of experience as a sales manager/team leader
- Preferably with experience in field sales.
Real estate experience is not necessary.
- Preferably with previous experience in using CRM tools
- Must be amenable to go on site visits (trippings); This means being out of office/on the field least twice a week
- Must be amenable to working on weekends as needed
- Preferably lives in the Southern NCR area and has own vehicle
