Client Relations Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

MadEats is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to work from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support
- Identify client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to better serve clients
- Assist in the development of client strategies and initiatives
- Leverage data to analyze client performance and make strategic recommendations
- Provide regular reports on client status and progress
- Manage client contracts and agreements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and dedicated work ethic
- Innovative and proactive mindset
- Strong research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
