**Job Description:**

NextPay, a dynamic and innovative finance solutions provider, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Client Relations Specialist** to join our growing team in Cebu. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who possess a passion for customer service and relationship building, combined with a systematic and strategic approach to problem-solving. As an essential member of our client relations team, you will play a key role in fostering and maintaining our client relationships, ensuring that they receive exceptional service tailored to their needs.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing assistance, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and proactively offering solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively while demonstrating critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Gather and analyze feedback from clients regarding our services and products, suggesting improvements and enhancements based on client insights and trends.
- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal departments—including sales, marketing, and product development—to ensure seamless client onboarding and alignment on customer needs.
- **Client Education:** Provide informative and engaging client training sessions on products and services to optimize usage and satisfaction.
- **Goal Monitoring:** Monitor client engagement levels and satisfaction metrics, setting personal performance goals to achieve or exceed expectations and targets.
- **Event Participation:** Assist in organizing and participating in client-focused events and presentations to promote NextPay's services and create networking opportunities.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client relations, customer service, or account management role, preferably within the finance or technology sector.
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Resilient:** Ability to stay positive and proactive in challenging situations.
- **Reliable:** Demonstrated dependability in attending to client needs and maintaining consistent communication.
- **Soft Skills:**
- **Persuasion:** Proven ability to influence and motivate clients towards solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
- **Critical Thinking:** Strong analytical skills to assess problems, gather information, and propose effective solutions.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis is a plus.
- **Languages:** Proficiency in English is required; fluency in local dialects is a plus.
