Job Description:
MadEats is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver innovative solutions that align with MadEats' mission.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and grow business opportunities.
5. Monitor client satisfaction metrics and report on key performance indicators to the management team.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client relations strategies.
7. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in client relations or customer service.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Demonstrated innovation in client relations strategies.
