#### Job Description:

DMCI is seeking a motivated and hardworking Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team. This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients and contributing to the growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who possesses strong strategic planning skills and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly responding to inquiries via email, phone, and other digital communication platforms.
- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify client issues and collaborate with relevant teams to provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- **Feedback Collection:** Actively solicit client feedback to gain insights on service satisfaction and areas for improvement, and report findings to management.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and organized records of all client communications, issues, and resolutions in the company CRM system.
- **Reporting:** Assist in the preparation of reports on client interactions, trends, and feedback for upper management review.
- **Company Knowledge:** Develop a strong understanding of DMCI's products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and any other relevant details to clients.
- **Strategic Planning:** Contribute ideas to the strategic planning process by pinpointing opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction and service delivery.
- **Health and Wellness Initiatives:** Participate in health and wellness programs offered by DMCI to foster a balanced work-life environment and promote employee well-being.

#### Requirements:

**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role or a similar position that demonstrates an ability to engage with clients effectively.

**Personality Traits:**
- Highly motivated, demonstrating a drive to succeed and improve.
- Hardworking and dedicated to achieving company and personal goals.

**Soft Skills:**
- **Attention to Detail:** Keen ability to ensure all communications and client records are accurate and comprehensive.
- **Strategic Planning:** Ability to think ahead and contribute to the development of strategies that enhance client relations and improve service delivery.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Other Requirements:**
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for work-from-home setup.
