Job Description:
Bench is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Officer to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Associate Level Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on client relationships and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in client relations or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Driven and resourceful personality traits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
