Job Description:
Balikbayad, a leading financial services company specializing in remittances, is seeking a Client Relations Manager to work remotely from Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This part-time role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a client-facing role.
As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with existing clients, as well as generating new business opportunities. Your main duties will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow the client base- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns- Providing product demonstrations and training to clients- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue upselling opportunities- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly- Resolving escalated client issues in a timely and professional manner
