Job Description:
Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and successful experience with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to provide updates on account status and discuss future opportunities
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of customer service
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in client relations or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and motivated personality
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
