Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team at Xepto Computing in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level who is independent, resourceful, creative, and skilled in persuasion. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have
- Engage in regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are being met
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention
- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve our services
- Provide personalized support and assistance to clients as needed
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in client relations or a similar field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Creativity and persuasion skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
