Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

BeautyMNL is seeking a motivated and passionate Client Relations Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized service and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients
- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve our services
- Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase loyalty and reduce churn
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in client relations or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Creativity and critical thinking skills to develop innovative solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
