Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in client relationship management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and retention
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to senior management, providing insights for decision-making
- Lead a team of client relations specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve client relations strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in client relations management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate and resourceful attitude towards client engagement
- Proven decision-making and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
