Client Relations Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with clients
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Assist in resolving client issues and concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:
- Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent planning and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
