**Job Description:**

First Circle is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Relations Associate to join our dynamic team in Cebu. As an entry-level role, this position is ideal for individuals eager to cultivate their client management skills while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients. This part-time position will enable you to work closely with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering lasting relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:** Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services to ensure a positive client experience.
- **Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback; actively engage in follow-ups to nurture these relationships.
- **Problem-Solving:** Identify client challenges and provide solutions promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention; escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- **Reporting:** Track and report client interactions and feedback through our CRM system, providing valuable insights to the team to improve our services continuously.
- **Collaboration:** Work together with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to align client expectations with our offerings and facilitate seamless service delivery.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather client feedback, both qualitative and quantitative, to compile reports that can drive improvements in processes and services.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to refine client interaction skills and service delivery methods.
- **Event Support:** Assist in organizing client engagement activities, such as webinars, workshops, or feedback sessions, to foster community and collaboration.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client communications, service requests, and issue resolutions to ensure continuity in client care.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience can supplement educational qualifications.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in client service, customer support, or client relations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while being proactive in addressing tasks and challenges.
- Confident: Strong self-assurance in client interactions and decision-making, demonstrating professionalism and competence.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Persuasion: Capable of effectively communicating ideas and information persuasively to clients and team members.
- Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a diverse team, sharing insights and supporting others.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
