Client Relations Assistant - Work From Home

Zennya, a leading provider of on-demand wellness services, is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH.

As a Client Relations Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support our clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues or complaints, and providing information about our services. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of client interactions and updating our database as needed.

In addition to your client-facing duties, you will also be responsible for assisting the Client Relations team with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments within the company.

To excel in this role, you must be independent and confident in your ability to communicate effectively with clients. You should also possess strong critical thinking skills and have a keen attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
