Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Saphron, a leading financial technology company based in Cebu, Central Visayas, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Assistant to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and possess strong decision-making and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial technology industry is a plus
