Client Partnership Manager

As the Client Partnership Manager, you'll be the key link between our clients and the firm, focusing on building strong relationships and driving business growth in specific sectors. You will work closely with Studio Directors and the Proposals/Contracts team, identifying market trends, challenges, and opportunities to help the firm stay competitive. Your goal is to create effective marketing solutions that bring real value to both clients and the business.


Responsibilities:
• Research and identify industry trends and challenges to help the business grow.
• Analyze competitors and market players to find opportunities.
• Develop clear strategies for different market sectors to give the firm a competitive edge.
• Create action plans to support business growth and hit goals.
• Track and manage business development efforts, including client leads and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations that resonate.
• Work with leadership to create marketing materials that align with business goals.
• Lead proposal submissions and ensure portfolios reflect the firm's best work.
• Collaborate with the Contracts Team to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor business performance metrics, such as sales bookings and client pipelines, to meet targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events to foster new business opportunities.
• Support various marketing and business initiatives as needed.


Skills Needed:
• Strong understanding of architecture, planning, interior design, and VDC.
• Well-connected within the industry, with relationships to clients, owners, and consultants.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Team player with great attention to detail.
• Able to handle confidential client and project information professionally.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite, and CRM systems.
• A good fit with the company's culture, values, and goals.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or design-related fields.
• Proven experience in business development, client relations, and marketing strategy, especially within the Philippines' architecture and design sectors.
