Client Onboarding Specialist (Night Shift Onsite

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position: Client Onboarding Specialist**

**Schedule: 8pm to 5am**

**Set-up: Onsite | Clark, Pampanga**

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate communication between client and setup team to plan for setup timeline.
- Gather necessary documents and information from clients for setup.
- Setup all information into the software.
- Complete telecom & utility inventories, heavy phone work.
- Enter client invoices into software, data entry.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High work ethic; self-starter-this is not a position with downtime; you will be busy all day long.
- Great attention to detail, and organized.
- Experience in Excel & Outlook.
- Intermediate to advance in 10 key data entry.
- Comfortable on phones speaking to clients and vendors.
- Positive attitude

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mabalacat, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Client Onboarding.Management: 1 year (preferred)
