Job Description

OfficeFLEX 0 is a permanent Work From Home setup with Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC/Laptop.
Purpose of the Position
The purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery of client services relating to a range
of employment health assessments.
Liaises with internally EHA team, AHS team, Doctors, all staff

Essential Criteria
Previous experience in client services delivery with a strong customer service ethic
Ability to manage competing priorities adhere to deadlines and have attention to
detail
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, written and verbal, with the ability to
negotiate with and influence others to achieve positive outcomes
Current 'C' class driver's license
Preferred Criteria

**Previous experience in**:
the Occupational and Environmental Medicine related industry
Knowledge

**Knowledge and understanding of**:
statutory obligations and regulatory requirements within Occupational and Environmental Medicine sector desirable
Qualifications And Requirements

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Self-motivated and results oriented

Flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the business

Ability to work in a team environment or autonomously as required

Be proactive, with a can-do attitude
Previous administration experience with very high attention to detail and accuracy
