Client Care Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities!
Manage client accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and ensure that follow-up tasks are completed
Assist clients with billing inquiries and account issues
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and processing of payments
Assist in the development of client outreach programs
Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
