Client Bookkeeper

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Client Bookkeeper and make a real impact by streamlining financial processes for our Oregon-based client. In this key role, you'll ensure accurate record-keeping, handle accounts payable/receivable, and contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities: Record daily transactions and generate invoices using accounting software.Reconcile accounts and maintain detailed financial documentation.Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.Provide financial insights and assist with various calculations and reports.Handle cash, checks, and vouchers, and prepare financial documentation.Perform other tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.At least 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.Experience with online bill pay and general ledger through financial statement.Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.Background in handling US clients.Must be a Philippine-based candidate.
