Position Summary
: Interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation. Design, research, develop, analyze and suggest new/innovative concepts and strategies. Manage prime team functions and activities for strategic direction. Help shape the culture and processes required for innovation to succeed, as well as train others on new processes, procedures and strategies. Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets. Possesses extensive knowledge of department processes.
Overall Responsibilities :
Develop, initiate, and manage strategies to allow client to expand its client base. Identify new customers and target high potential clients and sustainably expand them and existing ones through strategic relationship management. Develop and implement methods for acquiring and managing strategic partnerships as well as establishing strategies for possible client clusters. Ensure constant business growth by identifying new ways of doing business through market and potential analyses. Determine the potential business opportunities. Develop a good relationship with customers and partners. Implement new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales. Determine new investment opportunities through market research and trends. Implement operational changes with proper planning and strategy. Understand the needs and preferences of the customer and ensuring that they are fulfilled. Job Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written any verbally Applied knowledge of Client products and solutions Comfortable in articulating value statements specific to actual client products and solutions, based on personal and/or professional experience Genuine brand advocacy (fandom) Extremely well-formed view of what defines a "modern, ethical, sales conversation" Inquisitive mind, change ambassador, challenger of status quo Analytically sound and well versed in basics of process improvement Extensive experience in Project Management and ability to manage complexity (handle multiple innovation ideas at different stages in different sites simultaneously by prioritizing according to strategic targets) Self-organized, reliable and following-up on tasks Very good tool skills (MS Office) and ability to work easily with new tools and systems ( client tools, Innovation Management platform)
