Claims Team Head (Non-Life Insurance)

He/She/They will be responsible for overseeing the claims processing, and operational activities of assigned section. Ensures efficient claims processing of assigned accounts through equitable settlement of claims filed at the soonest possible time based on insurance policy coverage and conditions. Assists the Team Head and/or Unit Head in developing strategies for better processes and procedures in relation to claims processing and client servicing.
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be: Graduate of any 4-year degree course. At least 5 years supervisory level in an Insurance Company or insurance related firm. Preferably have handled non-motor insurance claims. Above normal oral and written communication skills, with General Insurance and advance course seminars, knowledgeable in all lines of insurance, computer literate. You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
