Claims Coordinator

Job Qualifications:

• Must have an experience in processing life insurance claims, adjudicating health or life claims for 2 years and up.
• Must be a bachelors degree holder of Finance, Administration or any related
• Familiarity with basic regulations governing the insurance industry, including data privacy, anti-bribery and corruption laws.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements within the insurance industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting the claims officers in drafting settlement, decision and temporary closure letters.
• Responsible for CHUB encoding.
• Responsible for monitoring first and second pending notices in the systems.
• Responsible for pick-up and release of checks.
• Responsible for other tasked may assigned by supervisor.
