Claims Assistant Tasks
Sending claim form to client
Sending lodgment notification to client
Sending request for update on claim to insurer
Sending bi-weekly claim status updates to clients (including following up on outstanding requirements)
Sending settlement offer to client
Sending claim finalization notice to clients (settlement/final costs insured)
Obtaining formal claims histories to assist brokers
Administration Assistant Tasks
Prepare Client Correspondence using prescribed templates for domestic and commercial insurances.
Prepare Manual Insurance Schedules (copying and pasting from PDF documents into Word Documents in professional format following our template guidelines.
Issue Payment Receipts to Clients with certificates of currency.
Prepare Documents to issue to Clients to check over with certain Information from Last year's Documents.
Domestic Remarketing of home, car and landlord renewals.
