Civil Works Supervisor

- Reports to Site Supervisor
- Oversee all aspects of civil construction activities on the wastewater treatment plant site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and etc.
- Indirectly supervise the work of subcontractor's personnel, ensuring they perform tasks efficiently and safely.
- Monitor construction progress, identify potential problems, and develop solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct daily quality control inspections, ensuring work meets project standards.
- Conduct pre-construction meetings and safety briefings with subcontractor's personnel.
- Contract length: PROJECT-BASED

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in civil construction supervision; experience in wastewater treatment plant construction is an advantage
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Experience in project or sub-contractor supervision / management
- Familiarity in water and wastewater treatment plant process is an advantage
- Proficient in general engineering principles
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations
- Can handle multiple task often with competing deadlines
- Must have a good scholastic records
- Must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Inc. and Project Sites (with field allowance)
