Civil Site Engineer

Implementation of the company corporate and project quality management policies, directives procedures and control over the company project execution and business transactions for the following functional responsibilities:Project organizing, scheduling, forecasting, planning, and dispatching of construction activities and milestones.Project administration, cost control, monitoring, health and safety program and progress reporting.Disbursement schedules and preparation of projects billing and documentation.Coordination of project requirements with principal manufacturers and Hansei accredited suppliers.Attendance to coordination meetings and presentation to client/s, local government units and other agencies as required by Hansei.Storage and warehousing of projects equipment and materials.Safekeeping of records and documentation.Coordination with local government units/host municipality.Development and submission of electrical/civil designs and proposals for transmission line and substation functional group.2. Undertake field works on company projects and provide necessary technical assistance to field personnel.
3. Report and recommend to the management any project status, issues and concerns for appropriate action and resolution.
4. Provide full support, assistance and coordination with other functional groups.
5. Observance and strict compliance to the company policies and guidelines.
6. Perform other related services as may be assigned from time to time.
