Job Specifications:
Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or Architecture
License is a plus but not required
With 3 to 5 years experience in Residential Construction

Competencies Required:
Architectural, Structural, MEPF Design, Analysis, Planning, and Execution
Good in Project Management & Scheduling
Good in Quality Control
Knowledge in Autocad, Cost Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Construction Surveying
Knowledge of Google Docs & Sheets, MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Leadership Skill
Excellent Communication Skills
Able to communicate Clearly & Effectively\
Can delegate tasks to right personnel/contractors & or workers
Able to reassess the current project status and prioritize activities
Able to organize teamwork

Muntinlupa, Cavite, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, and other locations in and nearby Metro Manila
