Is currently looking for:
CIVIL ENGINEER/PROJECT IN CHARGE
(BACOLOD - PREFERABLY FROM BACOLOD )
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. PROJECT-IN-CHARGE
Makes Weekly accomplishment reports to be submitted to immediate supervisor no later than 1st working day the following week
Makes and estimated weekly Materials forecast of project site assigned. Coordinated with Docs Con in-charge
Schedule material delivery and releasing of materials to installers
In charge of Quality Control of project site assigned and reports to QA/QS in-charge
Must attend Daily operation meeting required by Client of the job site or otherwise, assign DocsCon(in-charge) if not available and inform main office for reason of not attending.
Hold Tool Box meeting with Client and PPI employee
In charge of Manpower delegation at site assigned
Holds daily Ocular inspection or walk-through of every area work assigned to him/her and must note any damages.
Must Document in writing (and with photo) any incident or damage that occurred of work done or job site and to be filed by DocsCon(in-charge) and reported to immediate supervisor or Administrative office
Weekly assessment and reporting to PPI head engineer for project status and update.
Maintain peace
and order between the workers on the site, particularly the helper and installer.Submit to work required of him/her by Admin and/or his/her direct supervisor
PREPARE and FILE incoming and outgoing documents for materials, equipment, and tools.
Keep Inventory and File for all in and out of all Material
PREPARE, SUBMIT, and FILE all work permits related to the site assigned.
All Hand Over Permits related to site assigned
All Flood Testing Permits
ROUTE all necessary documents for signatures of authorized persons of permits and file
KEEP Daily Time Record of all Supervisors, Labors, and Installers of the designated site and submit to Admin Office every cut-off period
PREPARE Requisition Forms provided by Project In charge
Compile and properly safe keep all Documents related to the project site assigned. Submit compiled file after the project site is complete and properly turned over to Admin Head Office
Act as Safety officer-in-charge
Comply with the necessary training requirements regularly
Comply with all work required of you by management
DOCUMENT during the walk-through with Project-in-Charge and Management
Make step-by-step completion and turn over the punch list in every area. Make sure all in-charge signs and complies
NON-LICENSED OR WITH LICENSED.
