Civil Engineer - Junior Quantity Surveyor

Cost Estimation Support: Assist the senior team members in preparing cost estimates for construction projects, including gathering data, conducting research, and performing quantity take-offs.
Budget Monitoring: Aid in monitoring project budgets by tracking expenses, updating spreadsheets, and preparing reports on budget versus actual expenditures.
Tender Documentation: Assist in preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and pricing schedules, under the guidance of senior team members.
Procurement Assistance: Support the procurement process by gathering quotes from suppliers, evaluating bids, and assisting in contract negotiations as directed.
Document Management: Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence with contractors and suppliers.
Site Visits: Accompany senior team members on site visits to observe construction progress, verify quantities, and assist in assessing work-in-progress.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by senior management to support the efficient operation of the whole team.
