Civil Engineer

Requirements:
- Strong background in quality assurance and workforce management
- 3-5 years of experience in civil, electrical, or architectural QA/QC.
- Ability to read Gantt charts and other project timeline systems.
- Proficiency in reading and checking details from plans versus site conditions to ensure proper implementation by the workforce.
- Proficient in computer software tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
- Own a smartphone with internet and call capabilities for taking photos and regular communication with the technical team.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent management skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (English).
- Knowledge of construction safety practices
- Valid driver's license and personal car/transportation.
