Licensed Civil Engineer
With at least 10 years extensive experience in contracts development in construction industry
Willing to assign in Salcedo Village, Makati City
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a team of engineers, CAD operators, and technical staff.
Direct the structural design process, from conceptualization to detailed planning, ensuring adherence to local and international design standards.
Review and validate engineering drawings, design computations, and plans to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
Utilize advanced structural analysis tools to develop and optimize innovative, cost-effective, and structural solutions.
Collaborate with the engineering team to refine design methodologies and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Conduct technical meetings with clients to discuss design requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project design plans, schedules, and cost estimates aligned with client expectations and project goals.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, structural calculations, and design review reports.
Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and accessibility of design plans.
Implement and enforce design standards, methodologies, and quality assurance practices to maintain industry-leading structural outputs.
Identify opportunities for design innovation, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and alignment with modern engineering practices.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering, design software, and materials to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into projects.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the design team, fostering professional growth and excellence.
Monitor and manage resource allocation within the design team to ensure optimal execution without compromising design quality.
