Civil Admin Engineer

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:?Prepare progress reports of project site, attend meetings & conduct minutes of the meeting.?Maintain and monitor project plans.?Consolidate plans and other documents needed in building permit requirements.?Prepare daily reports, material request form and delivery slip.?Maintains and updates records of the project and recommends courses of action, if necessary.?Act as document controller of the project.?Perform activities assigned from time to time.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:?Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.?Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering-Civil /Construction/Structural or equivalent.?At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.?With experience in AUTOCAD and other software.?Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications.?With good verbal and written communication skill both in English and in Filipino.?Excellent Analytic Skills.?Must have good presentation skills.?Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.?Must be keen to details and a team player.?Can work under pressure.?Willing to work in Cainta Rizal.
