**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
- Preferably with background on formation and social development
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills, teaching, organizing, and facilitation skills
- Can handle classes in various modalities (online, in-person, hybrid, or blended
- Experience in working with the youth is an advantage

**Description of Work**:

- Teach, facilitate, and handle classess
- Prepare syllabi, lesson plans, learning materials, assessment materials, class exercises, grading reports and other relevant documents
- Faciliate student consultations
- Participate in events or functions of the University
