Job ResponsibilitiesPerforms daily cash/check collection receiving, reporting, balancing and posting collection/payment via systemConfirms receipt of bank to bank transactions; updates open payments on systemAudit expenses from allowances and posts daily liquidated expensesPost outlet deliveries for all warehousesEnsures that all DR's are posted and delivered on the same dayEnsures proper and complete documentations when processing transactionsConfirming of 3-way match, request for check payment, and request for COD from Accounts PayableInvestigate and manage corrections and credit memosJob RequirementsMust have a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance, or any business-related course.Should possess a minimum of 2 years in Treasury Operations, Finance, or Accounting related experience.Requires knowledge and experience of relevant Treasury and Banking applications.Must be proficient in Accounting Systems and Microsoft Office.Should have good oral and written communication skills.Willing to work onsite (BGC) from Mondays to Friday from 7 AM to 5:30 PM
