Role Summary: Group's technology lead, responsible for leading all aspects of technology development and asset management (AM). Plays an integral role in the successful execution of the group's business plan through development support, project execution and asset O&M via deployment of the latest power plant technologies and asset management best practices to enhance operational efficiencies of the power plants in order to maximize company revenues. Imparts leadership to the team of experts, provides technical guidance, training, and facilitates the transfer of knowledge to the Project Companies' O&M team, ensuring that best industry practices are identified and adopted for all relevant O&M activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from accredited institutions; Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is an advantage. Engineering Board passer / Professional Engineer. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from internationally recognized asset management organizations such as the Institute of Asset Management and Asset Management Council is preferred but not required. At least 15 years of experience in power plant engineering technology and/or asset management, with at least 5 years in asset management. At least 10 years of experience in a senior management level in an operating power plant at the level of facility head or general manager. Experience in operations and/or project management industry involving at least two renewable technologies (solar, wind, and battery energy storage system). Competency in project management, contract management, and project control. Computer literate, proficient in MS Project, word processing, spreadsheet applications, and presentation tools. Basic management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Good communication and interpersonal relations skills. Job Type: Full-time
