Scope of Work
As the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping MPC's future.
Reporting directly to the President, you will serve as their primary advisor, ensuring decisions
align with the company's long-term growth objectives.
While the President focuses on
internal operations and client relationships, your mandate will include identifying new
services, improving existing offerings, and driving the company's strategic growth initiatives.
The role demands a combination of strategic foresight, business acumen, and leadership
skills to propel the organization toward innovation, collaboration, and market expansion
Key Responsibilities
1.
Strategic Planning and Development
a.
Develop and refine MPC's long-term strategic vision to ensure sustainable
growth
b.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion, service innovation,
and competitive advantage
c. Lead the strategic planning processes, including market analysis, goal setting,
and resource optimization
2.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
a.
Lead discussions with team leads and employees alongside the President to
ensure alignment with the company's strategy
b.
Translate high-level strategies into measurable plans for implementation
across teams
3.
Market and Competitive Analysis
a.
Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor
activities
b.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to mitigate risks and
capitalize on emerging opportunities
4. Business Development and Partnerships
a.
Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and and collaborations that align with
the company's growth objectives.
b.
Actively seek and secure new clients to expand the company's portfolio and
drive revenue growth.
c. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients,
ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations.

Innovation and Organizational Growth
a.
Drive innovation by exploring new business models, emerging technologies,
and operational improvements

Lead transformational initiatives to adapt to market changes and evolving
client needs
6.
Advisory Role to the President
a.
Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the President, providing
insights on strategic decisions and company direction.
b.
Ensure decisions focus on growth and unlocking future potential, rather than
being limited by current capabilities
7.
Risk Management
a.
Identify potential risks to strategic objectives and develop comprehensive
mitigation plans
b.
Monitor and address uncertainties to safeguard the company's long-term
success
Qualifications
1.
Minimum 7-10 years experience preferably in a reputable marketing agency
2.
Minimum 3 experience in a leadership role
3.
Proven track record in developing and executing growth-oriented strategies
4.
Experience working across multiple departments such as marketing, operations,
finance, and HR
5.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
6.
Excellent computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite
7.
Fluency in English and Filipino, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
