He/ She coordinates operational matters with other important clinical and corporate departments, that are important in bringing about performance improvement. He/she interprets operational plans to the staff as per direction of the leadership; in terms of safe patient care and revenues. He/ She also responsible for overseeing all activities during an assigned shift to ensure compliance to hospital standards and standards of practice directed towards the promotion of safe and quality health care.The Profile Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy;With a valid PRC License;Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting;At least attended any basic leadership/management training;Preferably a member of any Pharmacy Accredited Professional Organization. The Employer Our client is a privately owned, DOH licensed Level 2 hospital with 92 bed capacity, accredited by Philhealth, and a member of MGHI since 2016.
