This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of sales and distribution programs for Bancassurance, Affinity, and Digital lines of business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategic Planning and Thought Leadership:
• Responsible for the production of robust and high-quality market analysis to uncover insights into demographic trends and business opportunities; distribution trends and competitor insights; opportunities for FWD to be "Disruptive" in the market and to differentiate itself from the competition.
• Develop and take the lead to implement strategic plans for all distribution channels and sales aspects.
• Budget and forecast sales activities and analyze the performance of different distribution channels.
• Oversee training and manage talent development of all distribution channels.
• Ensure effective collaboration to deliver business objectives with key internal business partners, including actuarial, finance, operations, marketing, compliance, etc.Distribution Channel Development:
• Drive increased penetration of the business in the market and with business partners.
• Drive and contribute to sales growth of insurance business through various channels, such as bancassurance, Affinity, and Digital Channel.
• Responsible for leading performance parameters and improvement initiatives to develop a sustainable high-performance distribution culture.
