KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations, including underwriting, sales and marketing, finance, claims processing, customer service, and policy administration.
• Ensure seamless coordination between departments to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all operational units.

• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to design and execute the company's strategic initiatives.
• Analyze operational data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive innovation and technological advancements to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.

Financial and Budgetary Oversight
• Manage operational budgets to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality service.
• Work closely with the finance team to align operational goals with financial objectives.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service standards.

Risk Management and Compliance
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the risk management team to identify, mitigate, and monitor operational risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.

Team Management and Development
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of operational managers and staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Customer Experience and Retention
• Champion initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the development of customer-centric processes and systems.
• Respond proactively to customer feedback and market trends.
7.
Reporting and Communication
• Provide regular updates to the CEO on operational performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations on operational achievements and challenges.
• Serve as a spokesperson for operational matters within and outside the organization.
