We are a global BPO company looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will collaborate closely with the founder to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive the agency's growth and operational excellence. The COO will provide leadership to the senior management team, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission. This role requires strong operational acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute the agency's strategic goals and objectives. Provide leadership and direction to the senior management team to ensure alignment with the company's vision and mission. 2. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the agency operates smoothly and efficiently. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and performance. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all agency operations. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Develop client onboarding and retention strategies to maximize client loyalty and retention. Manage the agency's budget and financial performance, ensuring financial goals are met. Conduct financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality service delivery. 5. Team Development and Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a talented and motivated team to support the agency's growth objectives. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional development. Implement performance management systems to monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement. 6. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand revenue streams and achieve growth targets. Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the agency's market position and capabilities. 7. Project and Ecosystem Management: Oversee project management processes to ensure timely delivery of services and projects. Manage the agency's ecosystem, including vendors, partners, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration and integration. 8. Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that enhance the agency's brand presence and reputation. 9. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain performance metrics to track the agency's progress and identify areas for operational improvement. Provide regular reports to the founder on operational performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives. 10. Risk Management and Compliance: Identify potential risks to the agency's operations and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the agency's operations. 11. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the agency. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep the agency competitive and ahead of market developments. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar senior management role, preferably within the Marketing Agency industry. Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading teams to achieve strategic objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
