About the role As the Chief Operating Officer for Clinics you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the company's growing network of healthcare clinics. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and will involve leading a team of dedicated professionals to drive operational excellence, enhance patient experience, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services across the clinic networkOversee the day-to-day operations of the clinics, including resource allocation, staffing, and process optimizationCollaborate with the executive team to set and achieve key performance indicators, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvementIdentify and address operational challenges, implement solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvementEnsure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, industry standards, and the company's policies and proceduresLead and manage a team of clinic managers, healthcare professionals, and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive excellenceAnalyze and interpret operational data to make informed decisions, identify opportunities for growth, and drive strategic initiativesWhat we're looking for Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior operational or general management role within the healthcare industry, preferably in the clinic or outpatient settingProven track record of driving operational excellence, improving efficiencies, and enhancing patient experienceStrong understanding of healthcare regulations, industry best practices, and the ability to ensure complianceExcellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teamsProficient in data analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making based on insightsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsCommitment to the company's mission, values, and vision, and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare servicesWhat we offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive healthcare benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverageGenerous paid time off and opportunities for professional developmentCollaborative and supportive work environment, with a focus on work-life balanceOpportunities for career advancement within the growing organisationApply now to join our dynamic team and be a part of our exciting growth journey.
